In the year 2049, following the earthquake that split most of California off from the rest of America and its succession into a nation-state, massive walls are erected to keep the Californian population safe. Living within the Hollow Concrete walls is Jonney Weab, eternal teenager, Weezer fan, and former volunteer at his local library.

Armed only with an old hard drive and a home-brewed Chromebook with audacity installed on it, and accompanied by his alter egos, wireless friends, and anime wives, he fights the tyranny of the Californian Government, as well as his own dark past.
